Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Shipment Origins All orders ship from California, USA.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damages & Lost Packages The Good Tidings T-shirt Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
